So, thank you for the battery info, but now when I try to charge the battery there seems to be a malfunction between the convertor and the battery. The scamp power cord is plugged in and operating, but the charge is not getting through to the battery. All the fuses are fine. Any thoughts? Thank you!

Check and see if your converter is plugged in. Depending what year and model the plug will be located in different locations. That happened to me and after a $100 an hour charge he said,,, Oh your converter was not plugged in. They rattle them selves out of the receptacle. Take a look see. Carl
