My wife and I live in KC and wanting to walk through a Scamp 16' before we make the purchase. Does anybody live in the area and willing to give us a quick tour? Ideally would be layout 3,4, or 7 but I think we can get a good feel by walking through any of the layouts.

Have you tried calling Scamp for a referral? Apparently, certain Scamp owners have agreed to let Scamp give out their phone number in referral to lookers like yourself (and me). We're looking at a 13' with the big bed and a shower, so I called them Saturday looking for a local contact and they gave the the phone number of a person in my area that had a 13' with the bed and shower. I called them up and had a nice chat, but in this case the guy couldn't show the trailer to me because it was in storage and under a tarp.

We live about 100 miles north of Kansas City and we own an older 16 foot Scamp Deluxe. We would be more than happy to give you the "grand tour". We are not sure which floor plan ours is, but we have the birch cabinets, a 3 burner stove, microwave, refrigerator, queen sized bed converted to and from the table area and the front bath/shower, along with a front closet. We have made no modifications other than change the floor covering.
