Costco is selling the float gaged LP tanks in the southeast fr $24.95. BJ's is getting 29.95 for the same tank. Very handy for single tank trailers. The only issue is no more tank exchanges, you will have to get your tank refilled to keep your gaged LP tank. For that price buy an extra tank and do your own tank exchange. (I'm not connected to Costco, BJ's or the tank mfg.)

Exchanges are handy but definitely not a good deal. When they first became available, they were filled to 20# net. Now, they're only 15#.
In our area we have a bait shop that will fill a 20 pounder for $12. Some of the exchange places are getting $19.99. I previously purchased a gauged tank from Sam's Club and just love it. I think I paid more than you.

The Costco tanks are very handy. I use them for the gas grill and propane generator, too. Nice to know how much fuel you have left in the tank with a glance. Tank exchanges are more expensive than going to a propane vendor.
