13' Inside Dimensions

My husband and I have just ordered our Scamp 13' , layout 2 with the larger bed (we've been diehard tent campers). Can anyone give me the width of the "kitchen" counter, depth and height of the cabinet over the counter, depth and width of the closet and pantry , and width of the bathroom ? We're so excited and I'm trying to plan storage options for inside. I'll gladly take any hints and tips about anything ! Thanks in advance!

storage

My first step to make usable storage was to install hinges on the seat storage lids, next I added selves to the closet. Do not build anything until you have the Scamp in hand, I do not think any two are the same. If you have facebook, you can find the mods to my 16 foot at  https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100011615855024&sk=photos&collec...

Storage

Great ideas ! I can't wait until we get ours. We did decide to switch to the couch layout instead of the bathroom. We wouldn't use the bathroom enough to make it worthwhile. Thanks so much for your help !

Couch vs. bath

I think you made a good choice changing from the bath to the couch.  I don't have a bathroom in my 13', and the only downside is middle of the night trips to the campground bathroom.  You are probably used to that with tent camping anyway!   You should be happy with the extra space and storage, especially with two people. I have a tote that I put in my TV for my little grill, campchairs, and other outdoor things.  The only "cooking" I do inside is making coffee and toast!

Couch vs bathroom

I agree with Rhonda! Good move switching from the bathroom to couch setup. We too were tent campers until we bought our 13 footer. It works fine for two people and I like hanging out on the couch much more than I would like hanging out in a bathroom. We use the campground facilities and honestly, it's a bit of an adventure to accompany my wife to the facilities at 3:00 in the morning!!
