I've had one on my 13' for two years. I got it thinking I could move my trailer from our alley up a two foot high grass bank to then park along our garage. The wheels would spin and it did not work for that purpose.

If you are moving on an asphalt, cement, or hard packed gravel drive it will work great. The wheels seem to spin if you are on sand, loose gravel, or wet grass.

I really like using it to connect the last couple of inches to the hitch ball. It saves some backing up. It is also great once you get to a campsite and want to jockey up the last few feet to electric or water connections that you could not see well while backing.

Periodically they go on sale. I found I needed to get some different bolts to connect the unit's bracket to the frame so it would clear the propane tank. If you get one make sure you use the tilt stop pin so it does not rotate down to the highway while traveling. I have heard some people have ripped their's off the frame due to tilt and caused other frame damage. I always also use some additional bunge cords to prevent the chance of this. The unit can be removed from the bracket and stored while traveling.
